A company is looking for a Senior Google Application Support Analyst (US, Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration for collaboration applications including Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the collaboration applications portfolio
- Monitor and optimize systems while providing ongoing documentation for the user base
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in End User Support, System Administration, and custom solution development with a focus on Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Google Workspace applications and user accounts
- Deep technical experience with Google API library and related tools
- Certifications in Google Cloud or ITIL preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
