Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in training customers on software adoption or platform implementation
- 1 year experience in a software-related or tech product environment
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in delivering virtual training and support
- Ability to navigate common troubleshooting and escalation procedures autonomously
