Job Summary

A company is looking for Licensed Life Insurance Customer Support Agents - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for life insurance inquiries and transactions
• Assist clients with policy information and claims processing
• Work flexible schedules, including closing shifts, to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active healthcare and life insurance license
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must reside in WI, IN, MI, FL, GA, SC, NC, or TX
