Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Associate to support various servicing teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process retail loan and lease payments, titles, and back office work including customer issues and credit disputes
• Support workload distribution and coach associates to improve performance
• Monitor daily workloads and recommend improvements to meet KPIs and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Background in banking, insurance, or titles
• Experience with service level tracking and QA assessments
• Ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be within 75 miles of Plano, TX for quarterly office visits
