- Track and report on team performance regarding renewal, expansion, and satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in Customer Success
- Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau; Gainsight experience is a plus
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
