Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support teams when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- Technical support experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Call center experience for a B2B product preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Knowledge of basic technical terminology preferred
