A company is looking for a CRM Operations Manager - Part time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal helpdesk inquiries and maintain CRM data integrity
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for key performance metrics
- Support and troubleshoot integrations and automations within HubSpot
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot
- Deep understanding of CRM best practices and data quality management
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier and Twilio
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to 20 hours per week
