Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to assist members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with their pharmacy benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries and research claim processing and eligibility issues
- Document engagement outcomes and collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire
- Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role
