Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate to assist members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with their pharmacy benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve inquiries and research claim processing and eligibility issues
  • Document engagement outcomes and collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire
  • Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role
