Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience for healthcare providers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support customers with product selection and usage guidelines
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or account management in a medical device or healthcare-related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Basic accounting knowledge to support invoicing and payment reconciliation
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus; IFS experience preferred
