Job Summary

A company is looking for a OneSource Customer Operations Leader NAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain proficiency in support center processes
  • Drive improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of best practices and automation projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in a team-based customer service environment
  • Experience in Life Science and Environmental Health is an asset
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP/ECC/ServiceMax is essential
  • Project management experience and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are desirable
