Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, US FedCiv.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the adoption of First Alert while driving successful customer outcomes
- Design and implement programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows
- Maintain relationships through briefings, demonstrations, training, and success plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and 5-8 years in customer success/account management
- Experience supporting public sector organizations, especially Federal Civilian agencies
- Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for public sector
- Ability to execute independently on multiple projects and deadlines
