Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, US FedCiv.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand the adoption of First Alert while driving successful customer outcomes
  • Design and implement programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows
  • Maintain relationships through briefings, demonstrations, training, and success plans


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and 5-8 years in customer success/account management
  • Experience supporting public sector organizations, especially Federal Civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for public sector
  • Ability to execute independently on multiple projects and deadlines
