Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily activities of the client service team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion of work
- Coach and develop team members, including performance evaluations and training coordination
- Manage escalated client issues, striving to exceed client expectations and uphold ethical standards
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of client service experience
- At least three years of people leadership experience
- A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is acceptable
- Military experience may be considered if it demonstrates relevant skills
- Certifications related to Retirement Services, Project Management, and People Leadership are a plus
