Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Dedicated Client Services, Retirement Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the client service team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion of work
• Coach and develop team members, including performance evaluations and training coordination
• Manage escalated client issues, striving to exceed client expectations and uphold ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of client service experience
• At least three years of people leadership experience
• A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is acceptable
• Military experience may be considered if it demonstrates relevant skills
• Certifications related to Retirement Services, Project Management, and People Leadership are a plus
