Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate vehicle files and meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots
- Participate in weekly team meetings and assist teammates with various tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work occasional overtime and maintain a professional virtual appearance
