Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers, ensuring high-quality service
- Perform initial entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in relevant software
- Process insurance verifications and ensure accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience and one year in a professional setting related to reimbursement or insurance verification
- Strong skills in insurance payor verification
- Must reside in one of the approved remote worker states
