Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Success Manager (Influencer) to drive customer onboarding and implementation for their Influencer platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer onboarding and training process for seamless product adoption
- Monitor customer engagement metrics to validate implementation success and identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with athletics department staff and student-athletes throughout the partnership lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in collegiate athletics with a deep understanding of athletics department operations
- Proven track record in implementing strategies to support student-athletes in maximizing their NIL opportunities
- Strong foundation in the collegiate NIL landscape, including compliance requirements and brand partnership frameworks
- Background in account management, customer success, or SaaS implementation
- Experience designing and delivering customer education programs or training sessions in technology-enabled environments
