Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative dedicated to meeting customer requirements in the Animal Nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, pricing inquiries, product availability, and quality concerns
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through exceptional service
• Ensure accurate order life cycle management in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Advanced order management skills
• Solid knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
