Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange travel-related services for group meetings and incentives, ensuring adherence to client policies
• Book various travel accommodations including air, rail, car, and hotels while managing client expectations
• Monitor reservations and tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry, focusing on corporate Meetings & Events group air
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel booking tools
• Experience with domestic and international travel, including fare structures and pricing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
