A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative to serve as the first connection between the organization and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and establish professional connections with patients through various communication channels
- Identify and resolve patient requests, including scheduling, registration, billing inquiries, and medical requests
- Document essential information in the electronic medical record (EMR) and coordinate with clinical care teams for seamless patient solutions
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a call center environment
- Ability to interact professionally with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is preferred
