Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce booking tool and its associated rules
- Support field teams by executing timely changes to Salesforce configurations and managing schedule hygiene
- Monitor scheduling KPIs and provide recommendations for tool improvements and quarterly audits
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce optimization and dispatch console
- Proficient in creating Salesforce reports
- Knowledge of Field Service operations and experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Strong problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate confidently and collaborate with field technicians and leadership
