Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient registration and verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Collect co-payments and provide receipts to patients

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of medical insurance verification experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage
- General knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and medical billing processes
