Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale customer lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders to drive value realization using the integrated suite of SaaS products
- Manage renewals and expansion opportunities while facilitating regular business reviews with customer champions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise customers
- Ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders and technical users
- Experience in leading success planning and renewal negotiations
- Knowledge of key personas such as Project/Product/Program Managers and Agile Coaches
- Highly organized and proactive, motivated by customer outcomes and long-term value creation
