Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders to drive value realization using the integrated suite of SaaS products
  • Manage renewals and expansion opportunities while facilitating regular business reviews with customer champions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise customers
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders and technical users
  • Experience in leading success planning and renewal negotiations
  • Knowledge of key personas such as Project/Product/Program Managers and Agile Coaches
  • Highly organized and proactive, motivated by customer outcomes and long-term value creation
