Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to define and develop formularies and provide clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clinical criteria for medications and recommend plan design changes
• Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support to internal departments
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy
• 2+ years of experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy, or 1+ years of pharmacy residency experience
• Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
• Must reside in Florida
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
