A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Underwriter/Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and contractual information for clients and prepare financial deliverables
- Conduct client analyses, including market reviews, renewal projections, and claims utilization reviews
- Collaborate with teams and act as the primary contact with carriers for marketing and renewals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field
- College degree or CEBS designation preferred
- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain it
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in other MS Office tools
- Commitment to staying current on industry trends and regulations
