Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies for workforce transitions
- Conduct resource planning to align staffing, skills, and capacity with organizational needs

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in succession planning
- 3+ years' experience in resource planning
- Background in human capital management or organizational development is preferred
- Knowledge of workforce planning tools and methodologies
