Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily study operations, manage pre-screening, and validate patient eligibility for trials
• Collaborate with site staff and investigators to enhance enrollment workflows and provide study updates
• Ensure accurate data collection and compliance with regulatory standards while providing insights to product teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, preferably in a startup or tech-forward environment
• Strong experience in patient recruitment, enrollment, and pre-screening for clinical trials
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with site teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience providing structured feedback to technical teams to improve workflows and product features
• Oncology clinical trial experience is preferred
