Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements alignment
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirement documents and process flows
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role
- Proven experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and producing documentation
- Expertise in creating process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices
- Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is preferred
