Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for its IT team to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to identify technological needs and develop solutions
• Write use cases, requirements, and specifications, and develop test plans for system changes
• Analyze the impact of requests on systems and business processes, and communicate updates to partners

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in mortgage lending
• 2 years of IT or mortgage work experience, with knowledge of mortgage lending applications
• Understanding of business goals and the ability to identify and analyze business problems
• Ability to document processes using technical flow charts
• Demonstrated passion for learning about business and technology
