Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Optimization/Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM functional support items post go-live
• Coordinate work efforts between remote and onsite personnel through scheduled meetings and sessions
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, team members, and managers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Support and 1 year of end-to-end implementation experience
• Functional knowledge in HCM modules: Time & Labor/Absence Management, Core HR/Benefits, and Payroll
• Working knowledge of the full application lifecycle and Oracle Cloud HCM product releases
• Bachelor's degree is required; Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
