A company is looking for a Technology Leadership Coach (USA, APAC, & EMEA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to technology leaders, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals
- Utilize a contextual approach to tailor coaching methods to each client's unique situation
- Collaborate with a community of coaches to share insights and enhance the coaching experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in technology-related fields
- ICF-accredited coaching certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) or equivalent
- A minimum of 300 coaching hours with leaders at various levels
- Experience with diverse clients and understanding of cultural influences on leadership
- Strong digital communication skills and comfort with technology platforms
