Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive product initiatives and technical outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how the eCommerce platform can be optimized
• Support the Account Management and Customer Success teams while driving company strategy and product roadmap
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform's features and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in technical selling and consultancy roles
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and support the sales process
• Proficiency with REST APIs and understanding of data science and analytics principles
• Experience with eCommerce ecosystems, AI/ML, and JavaScript
• Comfortable working with system integrators and interacting with C-suite executives
