Supplier Risk Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Risk & CSR Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks across the global supply base
• Lead CSR risk assessments and compliance programs, focusing on forced labor prevention
• Develop supplier risk scorecards and dashboards to communicate risk status effectively

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in supplier risk management or CSR/ESG compliance
• Experience with multi-tier supplier mapping tools and risk classification frameworks
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to human rights and ethical sourcing
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and supplier risk platforms
