Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the identification and documentation of business requirements, business rules, and user stories
• Lead the analysis and design to streamline operations and support organizational growth
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Story Mapping, Design Thinking, and Agile practices
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with large datasets
• Ability to analyze business problems and present data clearly
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and link findings to business outcomes
• Preferred: 2+ years' experience in ATPCO Subscription Data or Airline Pricing
