Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) - Lead Therapist, remote, full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy, assessing client histories and determining treatment options
• Consult with the Clinical Manager on program activities and provide oversight of other clinicians as directed
• Create individualized treatment plans and document patient progress and effectiveness of interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in the state of California
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or related field
• Experience as an LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC
• Proficient with technology and distance-based patient management
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling
