Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to scope professional services opportunities
• Collect project requirements and provide consultation on best practices and solutions
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage the deployment of services as specified

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web application architecture, database technologies, and unified communications
• Experience in professional services consulting or technical project management in telecom or cloud services
• Proficient in writing SOWs and presenting project scopes to customers (2+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent certifications and experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
