Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create customer-focused documentation for software solutions, such as wireframes and use cases
- Support testing efforts and participate in system design and configuration activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
- 4 years of business analysis experience
- Prior experience with Sure Commercial Policy preferred
- Familiarity with database design and software development lifecycle preferred
