Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Services Lead - Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to ensure partner deliverables are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining high levels of satisfaction through engagement and communication
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and discuss quality performance opportunities with partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Familiarity with the National Cardiovascular Data Registries (NCDR)
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases
• 1+ years of experience providing coaching and guidance to teams (preferred)
• RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS credentials (preferred)
