Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Transformation & Change Management (P4).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of change
• Design and deliver training programs to build organizational capability in change management and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of experience in change management or organizational development
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Expertise in change management methodologies and tools
• Ability to influence across levels and navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
