A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Transformation & Change Management (P4).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of change
- Design and deliver training programs to build organizational capability in change management and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in change management or organizational development
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Expertise in change management methodologies and tools
- Ability to influence across levels and navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
