A company is looking for a College Athletics Recruiting Advisor specializing in Football, Tennis, Male Volleyball, and Fencing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mentoring relationships with student-athletes and meet regularly through video chat
• Evaluate film and provide feedback to enhance student-athletes' recruitment efforts
• Assist student-athletes in creating personalized recruitment plans and navigating the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• Experience playing and/or coaching at a top university
• Passion for mentoring teenagers
• Detailed understanding of the recruiting process
• High character and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and organizational skills
