Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years in business process development, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience in implementing process improvements in the legal sector
- Familiarity with legal technological solutions and their implementation
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in complex business environments with an emphasis on problem framing
