Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Consultant Lead - Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, design, lead, implement, and ensure adoption of improvements in legal department processes

  • Focus on modernizing legal processes with new systems and technology
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years in business process development, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Experience in implementing process improvements in the legal sector
  • Familiarity with legal technological solutions and their implementation
  • Knowledge of Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience in complex business environments with an emphasis on problem framing
