Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large healthcare organization in a fully remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage requirements across multiple concurrent projects
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration efforts and collaborate with data teams on enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and track project action items and updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related IT or marketing technology role
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Familiarity with APIs and system interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
