Job Summary

A company is looking for a SmartComm Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of a cloud-based communications platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Smart Communications implementation initiative from a consulting and project management perspective
• Identify risks, hold teams accountable, and ensure timely design and execution of the project
• Engage with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience implementing the Smart Communications platform in a previous role
• Strong project management skills, including risk management and stakeholder engagement
• Strategic mindset for managing vendor and internal team relationships
• Familiarity with healthcare or payer solutions is a plus
• Understanding of enterprise environments and ART layer processes is beneficial
