Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director Physician Advisor UM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and validation for Utilization Management and Care Management teams
• Educate and serve as a resource to medical staff regarding best practices and clinical guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and constituents of Utilization Management and Care Management

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School
• Bachelor of Science degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital medicine in an acute care setting
• Current and valid license as a physician
• Board certified and eligible for membership on the hospital medical staff
