A company is looking for an Implementations Coordinator to manage and oversee implementations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation pipeline and ensure high-quality data entry in internal systems
- Liaise with clients to set expectations for data migration and follow up post-implementation
- Assist external consultants with client queries and maintain implementation documentation and policies
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Basic understanding of IT systems or software relevant to the implementation process
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work both autonomously and within a team
