Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Coordinator to manage and oversee implementations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation pipeline and ensure high-quality data entry in internal systems
• Liaise with clients to set expectations for data migration and follow up post-implementation
• Assist external consultants with client queries and maintain implementation documentation and policies

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong organizational skills
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
• Basic understanding of IT systems or software relevant to the implementation process
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work both autonomously and within a team
