Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic case-management in a Workers' Compensation environment, focusing on medical appropriateness and cost savings
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to achieve recovery goals and assess recovery needs of injured employees
- Monitor and audit health provider performance, develop case management care plans, and document all relevant data in the system
Required Qualifications
- RN with a minimum of three years clinical experience in relevant fields
- At least one year of experience in Florida Workers' Compensation case management
- Proof of current State Licensure
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
