Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Registered Nurse Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient records to determine the legitimacy of hospital admissions and treatment levels
• Document findings according to departmental and regulatory standards
• Communicate with providers regarding status guidance and manage payer communications to resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• RN licensure at bachelor's level or related bachelor's degree with RN licensure
• Current and valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (ADN or BSN)
• Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years of Utilization Management experience or equivalent professional experience
• Associate degree with 3 years of experience is acceptable
