Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Senior Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title primarily for residential properties, with potential for commercial and industrial
• Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring high-level expertise
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of properties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of title examination experience with demonstrated mastery of resources and skills
• Multiple state licenses as required by state regulations
• Florida Title Examination experience
• Strong knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
