Key Responsibilities

• Code generation and code review
• Training and evaluation of large language models and complex data annotation
• Collaborating with project leads on complex or experimental projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust and testing tools
• Familiarity with Rust tooling and code review processes
• Experience with AI solutions or LLMs in Rust/test automation contexts
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
