Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI platforms and applications, focusing on generative AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while driving impactful initiatives
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or enterprise software development
• Strong hands-on experience with full software stack including Backend (Python/GoLang/Node.js), Frontend (Angular/React), and Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Experience developing scalable AI-powered solutions at an enterprise level
• Recent focus on generative AI and practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Proven technical abilities in software development, testing, and deployment pipelines
