Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and design core systems focusing on scalability, observability, and fault-tolerance
• Solve complex technical problems involving AI integrations, data pipelines, and multi-DB architectures
• Write production code, conduct code reviews, and align technical initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years at Staff/Principal level
• Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration
• Deep backend expertise in Laravel, MySQL, and AWS technologies
• Strong product and systems thinking
• Experience with AI/LLM applications or healthcare systems is a bonus
