Freelance Writing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Writing Consultant to provide project-based writing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document the organizational history, including milestones and narratives
• Create content for the "Do Your Part" campaign, including promotional materials and website content
• Draft briefing documents and presentation materials for stakeholders and produce partner impact stories

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a freelance writer, journalist, or content creator (3+ years preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing persuasive, narrative, and informational writing
• Ability to conduct independent research and interviews
• Proficiency in writing for both digital and print formats
• Familiarity with military families or nonprofit communications is a plus
